  Damage Claims

  If your order is damaged in transit, please send an email to: thomaspearrowfineart@gmail.com or message through the Contact Form within 48 hours of delivery explaining the damage along with photos showing the damage to theitem so a claim may be filed with the carrier. Items are insured and the carrier will be responsible for damages incurred.

  A return label will be provided to you to ship the artwork back. Please return the damaged item secured in the original packaging if possible within 5 business days from the date the return authorization was granted and the shipping label was created. Once the item has been received, a refund to the original card/account that was used to makethe purchase will be granted. If you would prefer a replacement rather than a refund, we can make arrangements for this as well. We want all of our customers to be happy!

  
  

  Order Cancellations

  If you would like to cancel an order, please send an email to thomaspearrowfineart@gmail.com or submit a message through the Contact Form within 24 hours of the purchase. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Due to the uniqueness of each art piece (weight, size, and dimensions) all shipping will be added as a second transaction. Following the purchase of your artwork, I will carefully package your piece(s) so it transports safely whether it's just the print or a complete framed set. From there, I will take it to the shipping distribution center (Fed-Ex or UPS) to get it weighed and priced. From there, you will receive a shipping invoice.
